EU-Canada Business Forum

Euromines will participate in the upcoming EU–Canada Business Forum, taking place on 8 June 2026 at the Embassy of Canada in Brussels and bringing together business leaders, policymakers and industry stakeholders to advance transatlantic cooperation on critical minerals, energy, artificial intelligence and emerging trade priorities.

Organised in partnership with the Canada EU Trade and Investment Association (CEUTIA) and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the forum will explore opportunities to deepen economic collaboration between Canada and the European Union, building on the strong foundation established by the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

Panel Discussion

Panel 2: Capital for Critical Minerals: Canada–EU Leadership in Financing Major Projects

The discussion will examine how Canada and the EU can strengthen cooperation to mobilise investment for major critical mineral projects and accelerate the development of secure, sustainable and diversified supply chains. Speakers will explore financing challenges, policy frameworks and opportunities to enhance international collaboration in support of the energy and digital transitions.
