SUPRIM Practitioner stakeholder workshop on an enhanced LCA methodology for Resources took place on 22nd May 2019 in Berlin as a side session of the Raw Materials Summit 2019. The SUPRIM workshop focused on preliminary results of SUPRIM’s consensus-based search for an LCIA method for abiotic resource use, data concerns of researches, concerns and interests of practitioners and clients.
Representatives of the academic community, sustainability managers and practitioners, sustainability assessment community experts and the representatives of EIT Raw Materials joined this 1-day workshop. Almost 30 articipants shared their views on the ‘preliminary’ results of SUPRIM’s ‘consensus’-based search. The event participants agreed on the importance of stakeholder cooperation and finding common understanding among the stakeholders.
