To mark International Day of Women in Mining (IDWIM) 2026, celebrated annually on 15 June, Euromines spotlights six women from its member organisations. Through their experiences and insights, they highlight the women driving innovation, sustainability, and leadership in the industry.

The women featured represent expertise across engineering, geology, operations, technology, project development, and leadership, showcasing the diversity of careers in mining and the role women play in shaping its future.
